This page explains what information GoTurno uses, why it is requested and how you can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data.

1. What data is collected

GoTurno uses the information required to create accounts, show businesses, manage bookings and keep the platform secure and stable.

  • Account and contact details: name, email, phone number, city or reference address, and profile photo if you choose to upload one.
  • App activity: bookings, cancellations, favorites and actions needed for the service to work properly.
  • Technical identifiers: push notification tokens and minimum device details used for security and operation.
  • Diagnostics: error logs and technical events used for support and service improvement.

2. Why it is used

The information is used to provide the product in a clear, reliable and secure way.

  • To create and maintain user and business accounts.
  • To enable search, bookings, reminders and business administration features.
  • To provide support, prevent fraud and solve technical issues.
  • To process business subscriptions through external providers when needed.

3. Location, notifications and permissions

Some permissions improve the experience, but they are not enabled without your decision. Location helps show nearby results and notifications are used for booking-related updates.

Important: if you do not allow location access, you can still use GoTurno, although nearby search results may be less precise.

4. Subscriptions and payments

GoTurno is not a marketplace and does not process payments between users and businesses. Platform-related charges only apply to business subscriptions for administrative tools.

When applicable, those charges are processed through external providers such as Paddle. GoTurno does not store full card numbers or security codes.

5. Who data is shared with

Data is only shared with providers that help operate GoTurno and only to the extent needed to deliver the service.

  • Infrastructure and storage services.
  • Notification services.
  • Subscription processors for businesses.
We do not sell personal data. We also do not share information with data brokers or unrelated third parties.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, update or deletion of your data. To do so, email portosystemssas@gmail.com from the address associated with your account and briefly describe your request.

7. Operator and contact

GoTurno is the product and brand. The operation of the app and this website is handled by PORTOSYSTEMS S.A.S., the operating company in Ecuador.
